Breakfast at home: black forest ham and muenster on english muffin. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Followup with a student about UC Cyber Security Awareness Training becoming available again. Meeting to hand off some of my responsibilities to OEIS. Unwrapped a new cutting board for the kitchen area. PharmD curriculum web edits for Cindy took a lot of the day. Launched Chen Lab and Giacomini Lab sites and performed followup tasks for both. Lunch: 6-inch turkey Subway sandwich, a bag of Fritos tortilla chips, an oatmeal cookie, water. Rode Muni to Duboce Park, walked to the Castro. Picked up contact lenses. Dinner at Eureka with Patrick: happy-hour cucumber coolers for both, we split the heirloom tomato salad, medium-rare pimento-cheese burger with fries and a glass of montepulciano for Patrick, pork loin with vegetables and a glass of pinot grigio for me, bread and butter. Dessert: chocolate pot de creme and espresso for Patrick, baked cambozola and decaf coffee for me. We chatted with Chef Gaines briefly. About $145 after a generous tip. Rode Uber home. Watched the 8-minute behind-the-scenes clip from the Sin City DVD from Netflix.
