First day back at work in three months. 1069 messages in my inbox. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Software updates for MacBook Air and iMac. Living Green sustainability meeting. Comm team meeting. Walked with Eric and Kevin to Target then Trader Joe's. Lunch at desk: hummus and veggie wrap, water. Brought the inbox down from 1069 to about 325 messages. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: red beans with vegetables and italian sausage, water. Dessert: one piece of chocolate.
