Breakfast at home: pumpkin seed granola with soy milk; 8 ounces of high pulp orange juice; hot water. Rode my bike to UCSF Laurel Heights. Email followups. Listserv management. Doctor appointment. Lunch at Garibaldi's with David, Eric, and Paula to celebrate a birthday. I had a buttermilk fried chicken salad with warm bacon dressing. Paula had wild mushroom soup and a side of grilled brussels sprouts. David had the daily special and grilled brussels sprouts. Eric had a sandwich and wedge fries. Susie was on vacation and did not attend. A delightful getaway from work. Rode my bike home. Dinner at home with Patrick: grilled cod, grilled shrimp in tomato-basil sauce, steamed rice, beers. Watched more of Dog Days on Netflix DVD with Patrick. Recharge website work: added the index page.
