Weight training: door pull ups. Breakfast at home: nonfat vanilla yogurt with Grandma Goodie's honey maple almond granola and fresh, sliced banana. Weight training: door pull ups. Errands: tried to stop at the dry cleaners but Yelp said they were open when they really were not. I now believe that there is no dry cleaners near me open on Sundays. Errands: Walgreens, grocery shopping at Safeway. Home. Washed the car. Rinsed compost, recycling, and garbage bins. Midafternoon meal: leftover hash brown casserole, 12 ounces of generic V8. Tried to set up Yobongo on my iPhone but couldn't get past the create account screen—it would not accept any photo I tried to set. Uninstalled it. Dinner at Social Kitchen and Brewery with Will.
