Slept in. Breakfast: oatmeal with banana, organic cinnamon, soy milk. Web work for Recharge Spa: robes, Allison's bio. Lunch at home by myself: organic soba noodle soup with mushroom broth, organic lacinato kale, baby spinach, minced garlic, 2 kinds of mushroom (alba clamshell and sliced trumpet royale), egg. Considered going to Fresh, decided to not go—it's music I don't like again. Looking forward to Testarossa tomorrow night instead. Investigated possible additional trips during my forthcoming vacation. Stretches. Weight training: superslow dumbbell row, superslow dumbbell press, superslow dumbbell fly. Dinner at home by myself: tuna mac and cheese. Dessert: a bowl of diced blood orange with 1 teaspoon of organic raw cane sugar.
