Edited Viagra article. Finally fixed the problem with the student lounge computers having the wrong DNS settings and I couldn't get in to the network control panel because I got the error "You do not have permission to open the Network and Dial-up Connections folder" even when logged in as administrator. The solution was more of a workaround: as admin, I searched for all occurrences of the old DNS IP addresses and changed them there. Reboot and now everything is fine. I wasn't sure if it was going to work, so I'm glad it did. If it didn't, I would have had to resort to reformatting and reinstalling the OS.
