Late breakfast: Southern Living's Breakfast Potatoes by Ann Taylor Pittman, the last piece of leftover veggie frittata, hot water. Walked to Cliff's Variety and back for plumbing parts. Replaced the office bathroom toilet flapper. Lunch: cheese tortellini in Better Cheddar cheese sauce with spinach, hot water. Patrick and I walked to dinner at Copper: fried catfish sandwich and fries for Patrick, fried chicken sandwich and fries for me. Happy hour margaritas for both. Walked home. We watched YouTube.
