Cleaned in the bathroom. Breakfast at home: plain yogurt with Mexican vanilla, toasted coconut, toasted and sliced almonds, flax meal, cacao nibs, and raspberries; sourdough toast with salted butter, water. Moved laundry that Patrick had started earlier from the washer to the dryer. Removed a squeak from the door in the upper level half bathroom. Vacuumed in the laundry room and primary bedroom. Mended a small hole in the vacuum extension with gaff tape. More laundry work. In the primary bathroom I cleaned and inspected a window hand crank and the surrounding window frame area, and I lubricated the window latch to operate more easily than before. I also used sticky dots to make the hand crank mechanism less jiggly, but the hand crank itself is still loose. I think replacing the set screw will resolve it, but I don't have an exact replacement. Lunch: I prepared for myself Maruchan chicken ramen with half of the seasoning packet with baby bok choy, assorted fish cake, diced white onion, fresh broccoli, fresh snow peas. Patrick and I walked to dinner on Dine Out For Life night at Canela with a subset of The Syndicate and friends: Scot B, Scott, Andy, Tim C, JY, Adrian, Enrique, Jose, Brian, John L, Emery, Francis.
