Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, diced half banana, blackberries; hot water. House chores. Lunch at home: Patrick had avocado salad, hot water. I prepared whole wheat spaghetti with tomatoes, side of corn off the cob from frozen, hot water. Forthcoming trip prep: printed info cards to insert in our luggage in case it is lost and opened by baggage handlers. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: Martha Stewart's black bean, cucumber, and feta salad; hot water. We watched It Happened One Night on SFPL DVD. Zoom chat with Lani and Dex. Late snack: leftover chickpeas and spinach, water. Reconfigured Apple text replacements because I couldn't remember them well enough.
