Took a sick day. Toe procedure recovery. Cold recovery. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, sliced and toasted almonds, blueberries; hot water. Rested. Attempted to check out an ebook from SFPL. It gave me an ACSM file that I couldn't figure out how to obtain the ebook. I didn't want to download and install Adobe Digital Editions because of privacy concerns. Lunch at home: avocado and tomato salad, channa masala, toast with hummus for Patrick. I had chicken noodle soup with crackers and hot water. Slept. Dinner at home with Patrick: za'atar tofu skewers with tomato salad and hummus, hot water. We watched The Bear s3:e8 on Hulu then The Acolyte s1:e8 (season finale) on Disney+ then The Simpsons s33:e2 on Disney+. Patrick went to bed. I tested positive for COVID via home test.
