Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, pumpkin seeds, blueberries; hot water. Continued reading Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin. Toasted coconut flakes. Began work on a new outdoor sign for Recharge Medical. For lunch Patrick and I walked to Chalos. Patrick had a large mocha and three empanadas: carne dulce, pollo picante, and espinaca. I had a medium chai latte and a breakfast burrito. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: roasted chicken with vegetable trio of asparagus, zucchini and yellow squash, water. We watched The Brothers Sun s1:e6 on Netflix. I washed dishes. We rewatched part of Amy Schumer: Emergency Contact on Netflix because I had forgotten that we had seen it. Patrick remembered we did but didn't say so until after we paused with 30 minutes left. Patrick went to bed. I washed more dishes. Late snack: charred corn off the cob from frozen, with butter. Water to drink.
