I continued packing until late. Today on a large financial company's website I encountered trouble performing a task that I needed to do. The interface simply didn't make it possible. When I connected to the live chat support, I was surprised to find an AI bot introduce itself and proceed to ask me questions about what I needed. I was surprised again when within about a minute the bot told me that my impossible task was done. I checked, and it was correct.
