Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted shaved coconut, pumpkin seeds, blueberries; hot water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Lots of task management, calendar management. Followup with Igor about pipeline programs work all day. Town hall prep. Requested a new deans list from Joanna H. Handed off School and CP logos to Marley Q, Karen H, and Jen C. Handling announcement requests. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Mission Bay. Errands: deposited checks and ordered new checks at the bank, picked up old glasses with new lenses at the vision center. Lunch at Publico: tres street tacos (pollo, carne asada, carnitas), water. Errands continued: stopped at the doctor's office to get lab work done and to get a covid shot. I learned that the covid shot I got in September was not monovalent and today's was monovalent. UCSF shuttle from Mission Bay to Parnassus. SCM and IT security risk assessment work. Rode Muni to Kerry and Mom Ryan's place where I met Patrick. We walked to dinner at La Mediterranee (415-431-7210, 288 Noe Street): hot moroccan mint tea for both, Patrick had chicken kebab dinner with avgolemeno soup, I had middle eastern plate with avgolemeno soup and pomegranate chicken. We stopped at Walgreens for hair paste. Rode Muni home. We tried on online clothing purchases. Each of us kept one item and returned two items. I had trouble sleeping at night.
