Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted slivered almonds, toasted shaved coconut, golden raisins, diced half pear; hot water. Examined and prepared for service new hair clippers because the blades on our old one seemed dull and my attempts at sharpening them did not seem successful. Nap. We watched Flash (2023) which was better than we had expected even though some of the special effects weren't very good (tho some were really amazing). We took a break in the middle for dinner: TJ's fried tilapia with potatoes a la dauphinoise and sautéed carrots, water. We watched various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed. I installed updates and made backups for home websites and devices. Installed macOS 14.3 Sonoma on Patrick's MacBook Pro. Late snack: half a pear.
