Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted slivered almonds, toasted shaved coconut, blueberries; hot water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Siteimprove linkchecking and policy work. Strategic plan work: unpublished and redirected old plans. A-Z list work. Lunch: leftover mini shrimp roll, chicken taco grande from Carmelina's, water from my water bottle. CPCS Candy or Medicine work the rest of the day. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Yan-Kit's chicken glazed in hoisin sauce with steamed rice, water, white wine. Dessert: one warm chocolate chip cookie each. Patrick washed many of the dishes. We watched Comedy Central Presents s13 e22 (Bo Burnham) and e23 (John Mulaney) then one YouTube video. I walked in place while watching. Patrick went to bed. Continued copyediting Patrick's short story collection called Fancy Gumbo. I washed the remaining dishes. Late snack: leftover fruit salad, water.
