Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted and unsalted slivered almonds, cacao nibs, raisins; water. Stayed home from work because I was feeling slightly unwell. Continued reading Tony Fadell's Build on Kindle Cloud Reader on my MacBook Pro. Midmorning second breakfast via a pastries delivery from Jane the Bakery. Patrick and I shared one kouign amann and one morning bun. Decaf coffee with milk to drink. Lunch at home with Patrick: muffalatta from Jane the Bakery, water. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: vegetarian enchiladas with side salad, water. We watched the remainder of Early Man on SFPL DVD then the remainder of Jim Jefferies: High & Dry on Netflix instant watch then various YouTube videos. I washed dishes at a break in between. Dessert: Patrick had a banana split with hot fudge and toppings. Patrick went to bed. Late small meal: low-sodium chicken and gnocchi soup from a jar, water.
