Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted and unsalted slivered almonds, cacao nibs, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, diced half banana; water. Continued reading Tony Fadell's Build. Did some housecleaning. Early lunch: I sauteed frozen shrimp in butter, paprika, salt, and pepper and ate that with leftover rice pilaf. Water to drink. Vacuumed and tidied. Dinner at home with Patrick: veggie minestrone (from frozen) with toasted ciabatta, water, red wine. We watched Ted Lasso s3:e1 on Apple TV+.
