Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted and unsalted sliced almonds, cacao nibs, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, diced half banana; water. Completed tax filings, which took all morning. Lunch: leftover tomato basil soup, water. House chores: changed bed sheets, vacuumed. Cut my hair, showered. Napped while listening to a Gresham College lecture and the Total SF episode about the 50th anniversary of the dedication of Ruth Asawa's San Francisco Fountain. Pre-dinner snack: blue corn tortilla chips with sour cream dip. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftover tamales with leftover sauteed kale with a fried egg, water, one glass each of Castello di Amorosa Gioia. Dessert: the mocha ice cream Patrick made earlier this week. We watched various YouTube videos. Patrick washed dishes at a break in between. Patrick went to bed.
