Slept in due to insomnia. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, roasted and unsalted slivered almonds, toasted and unsweetened coconut flakes, cacao nibs, flax meal, diced half banana; water. Lunch at Grubbin' with Patrick: spicy mouth waterin' and blood orange San Pell for Patrick, fishin' and pom-orange San Pell for me. We also shared chicken nuggets with two dipping sauces: ranch and honey mustard. House chores: replaced two air purifier filters. Walked to the mailbox and back. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: whole wheat busiate with cauliflower, capers, and lemon; red wine; water. We watched Reservation Dogs s1:e1 on Hulu Basic Plan then Street Food: USA s1:e1 (Los Angeles) on Netflix instant watch. Dessert: a few bites of cashew praline dark chocolate bar. Patrick went to bed. I washed dishes. Late snack: pom-vanilla glazed cashews; unroasted, unsalted cashews; small bowl of corn chips.
