Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted coconut flakes, blueberries; water. Rode Muni to the Castro where we walked around some before lunching at Wilkommen, finally using a 15% off coupon that Patrick had received a while ago. Patrick had cheddar brat, SF-style, with an arnold palmer. I had a cheeseburger, medium, with fries and ketchup with a lemonade. Afterwards we walked more through the Castro (walked the cross) then in to the Mission. We stopped at Arizmendi Bakery for a few items to go before riding Muni home. I rested. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftovers from last night. I also had a toasted half bagel with cream cheese. Dessert: ricciarelli from Arizmendi: Patrick ate about half of his. I ate all of mine. We watched various YouTube videos.
