Staycation day 11 of 16. Insomnia again for several hours last night, but Sleep Cycle app reported that I got 83% sleep quality. Ran in place to various YouTube videos. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, blueberries; water. Rode Muni to City Center to get MPX vaccine #1 of 2—uneventful. Walked to the Full House House. Walked to Alamo Square Park. Walked to Buena Vista Park. Rode Muni home. Rested. Dinner at home with Patrick: delivery from Squat and Gobble via Uber Eats: western cow burger and side kale caesar for Patrick, regular cow burger and side kale caesar for me, water for both. Afterwards we watched The Sandman s1:e11 (season finale) on Netflix instant watch then standup videos on YouTube. Patrick went to bed. I washed dishes.
