Troubleshot problems with Patrick's computer: frequent "disk not ejected properly" errors, "already in use on this network". Unchecking "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" seemed to fix this the former. To fix the latter, I set up new network profiles for "wired and wifi," "wifi only," and "wired only" and set it to "wired only." Ran and walked in place to a rewatching of John Mulaney: Kid Gorgeous at Radio City (2018) on Netflix instant watch. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, roasted slivered almonds, blueberries; water. Troubleshot problems with Patrick's computer: Chrome fails to open via Spotlight and Chrome takes a long time to open. Clearing the browser cache seemed to fix this. Tested the new Sonos One speaker. Patrick napped. Midmorning snack: heated slice of banana bread that Patrick baked recently. Small glass of milk to drink. Changed air purifier prefilters. Set up the second of two Sonos One speakers. Again, setup did not go smoothly. Lunch by myself: leftover quinoa-and-brown-rice spaghetti with onions, cabbage, and bacon mixed with ground turkey from the dan dan zoodles. To drink: water with a squeeze of Meyer lemon. Patrick arose. I napped. Did more configuring of Sonos. The setup process is repeatedly awful, but eventually I got it working. Dinner at home with Patrick: delivery from PPQ Noodle House: five-spice chicken rice plate with side salad. Patrick's included imperial rolls. Thai iced tea for both to drink. I also still had lemon water from earlier. I washed dishes. We finished watching Pete Davidson Presents The Best Friends on Netflix instant watch then The Simpsons s33:e5 on Hulu Basic Plan. Patrick went to bed. We still encountered "disk not ejected properly" errors, so I unplugged two external drives from the OWC Dock and plugged them into the laptop with USB-A-to-USB-C adapters. Added more keyboard shortcuts to my journal to provide redundancy when the ones I chose earlier are already taken by the operating system or browser plugins like Vimium.
