Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, roasted slivered almonds, toasted shredded coconut, and sliced half banana; water. Patrick and I spent a few hours with Sam at his place to evaluate his technology. He now has significantly improved internet speeds: about 50 Mbps down and 6 Mbps up via AT&T. Afterwards we got sandwiches from Lou's and ate them at our place. Sam left. I napped. Dinner at home with Patrick: leftovers. Patrick washed dishes. Afterwards we watched various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed.
