Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, and diced half banana; water. Worked from home. D9 meeting with Eric and James: menus, person page affiliations. D9 work all day. Lunch: leftover Chinese food, water. The yellow-gold tread on my left Hoka Gaviota 3 shoe began pulling away from the sole, so I applied a drop of Elmer's glue. We'll see if it holds. Dinner at home with Patrick: falafel in pita with sprouts, cucumbers, red peppers, and tahini dressing; water. I washed dishes while Patrick made us mezcal margaritas. We watched Star Trek: Strange New Worlds s1:e5 on Paramount+. Patrick went to bed early. We cuddled for a few minutes while listening to Alexander Skarsgård read Andreas Roman's The Lighthouse via Sleep Cycle for iOS. Sewing projects: arm adjustments for two polo shirts from Zara Boys. Arm and side adjustments for one polo shirt I think from Topman. The glue did not hold, so I redid it and this time I didn't continue wearing the shoe. Late snack: one carrot with peanut butter, water. Unloaded images from my phone to the computer via Lightning-to-USB-A cable with USB-A to USB-C adapter and the Image Capture app for macOS.
