Medium bowl of oatmeal with soy milk, flax meal, pecans, and diced half banana; water. D9 front-end work all day, mostly trying to get xdebug working for twig debugging—so painful I think because there are so many different ways and scenarios for using it. Lunch: I had sauteed cauliflower, carrots, and asparagus with quinoa and parsley, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, and lemon juice. Water to drink. Sat outside for part of the day because it was sunny and warm enough. Dinner at home with Patrick: Martha Stewart's broccoli and avocado frittata with side salad, water, white wine. I washed dishes. Afterwards we watched National Treasure on Disney+. I walked in place while watching. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: small butter lettuce salad with slivered almonds, grated carrot, grape tomatoes, fresh ground black pepper; whole-grain crackers with hummus; water.
