Ran and walked in place while watching Daredevil s3:e9 on Netflix instant watch. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, sliced banana, and roasted slivered almonds; water to drink. Various task followup. D9 meeting with Eric and James. Due to noisy construction upstairs I had to take my laptop to the back yard while meeting. Caught the end of Patrick reading an edited version of Where It Takes Us from If We Were Electric at a reading hosted by The Poetry Center at SFSU, which took place in person and livestreamed on YouTube. Patrick returned home and immediately took a long nap. Dinner at home by myself: roasted cauliflower, leftover brown rice, water. I walked in place while watching Daredevil s3:e10 on Netflix instant watch. Patrick arose while I was watching. We watched half of Patton Oswalt: I Love Everything on Netflix instant watch. Late small meals: Patrick had a slice of whole wheat toast with butter, and I had Chobani greek yogurt with almond butter and sliced banana.
