Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, sliced banana, roasted sliced almonds, roasted shredded coconut; water to drink. Pinboard is completely down right now. All day: explored new motif designs, continued prep for BTS email newsletter, prep work to rebrand the weekly news digest. Lunch: coconut brown rice from a pouch, leftover rice, leftover shredded pork with garlic sauce, water. Weight training: thigh-weighted leg lift, adductors. Dinner at home with Patrick: broccoli and sharp cheddar frittata with sliced avocado and buttermilk biscuits, water. Afterwards we watched YouTube videos that you're supposed to watch before watching Eternals. Then we watched Daredevil s1:e8 on Netflix instant watch. I washed dishes. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: sharp cheddar soft taco on white corn and wheat tortilla.
