Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, sliced banana; water to drink. Recharge web work: styling in new site build. Lunch at home: leftover linguine with chicken-apple sausage, water. Afternoon small meal: small bowl of Uncle Sam cereal with milk. Rode Muni to errands in Cole Valley, including dropping of household batteries at the hardware store because Recology failed repeatedly to take them from on top of our black bin at curbside, and at UCSF Parnassus before a dentist appointment. Got my Invisalign attachments removed. My retainer will take about 1.5 weeks to arrive, subject to any holiday or pandemic delays. Until it arrives, I'll need to wear my last tray set but only at night. My Invisalign experience was favorable, though it took much longer than I had expected. My first estimate was 5 tray sets (10 weeks) which later turned into 7 tray sets (14 weeks) and after I completed that three more tray upper trays were required because one tooth had become misaligned. That brought the total to 20 weeks, but there is latency while waiting for available appointments throughout. My start to finish was 162 days or 5 months 9 days, and this does not count the wait time for the retainer—basically twice as long as my first estimate. Bought groceries at 828 Irving Market. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: ground turkey and refried beans tacos with fixins, water. Afterwards we watched various YouTube videos including a new Marvel Doctor Strange teaser before Hawkeye s1:e6 (finale) on Disney+ then part of the New Rockstars explainer for the episode.
