Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, sliced banana; water to drink. Prep work all day for dean changeover. Lunch: leftover beef noodle soup to which I added mixed super greens. Afternoon snack with Patrick: I prepared hummus—my first time—from canned garbanzo beans using a recipe found on inspiredtaste.net. It turned out great. It took about 25 minutes and cleanup took about 10 minutes. Why do people rarely put cleanup times in recipes? We ate it with heated leftover pita. UCSF town hall while weight training: prone leg lift, leg press. Dinner at home with Patrick: Patrick had leftover chicken noodle soup. I prepared for myself a veggie stir-fry with leftover steamed white rice. Water to drink. Afterwards we watched Star Trek: Discovery s4:e5 on Paramount+ then various YouTube videos. Patrick went to bed.
