Woke to a huge, expected storm with possibly the strongest winds I have seen in all my time in San Francisco. Ran in place to various YouTube videos. Late breakfast: medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, blueberries, water. Reorganized the tea drawer. Lunch: leftover late-night pasta. Later, a medium bowl of Uncle Sam cereal with milk. Afternoon cocktails with Patrick: French 75s. Continued playing Planet Alpha on NVIDIA Games. Watched Sex Education s3:e5 on Netflix instant watch with Martha Stewart's Movie-Theater-Style Popcorn. Dinner at home with Patrick: chicken salad sandwiches with lettuce and tomato, water. Watched What We Do in the Shadows s3:e9 on Hulu Basic Plan. Patrick went to bed. I later discovered rainwater entering our apartment at the rear door and soaking part of our rug. I moved my standing desk bookcase out of the way and placed old towels to soak the water and hoped it would hold until morning. Then a bit later in the garage I noticed another small leak affecting the stored belongings of the upstairs neighbors and sent them a message about it. Troubleshot problems with Time Machine. Resolved them by erasing the Time Machine disk and starting anew.
