Shopped for new games on Apple Arcade on Apple TV. Ran in place while continuing Beyond a Steel Sky while other games downloaded in the background. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk and dried cranberries, heated slice of citrus pound cake, water. The paraffin treatment seems to have resolved my squeaky orthortics. I rubbed the underside and the edges with it, and so far no more squeaks. Prepped replacement of two more power strips. Lunch: I prepared for myself a quesadilla. Small web update for Recharge. Did the replacements. Cleaned and tidied. Cleaned the bathroom, cut my hair, showered. Nap. Updates for home devices and websites. Dinner at home with Patrick: Martha Stewart's pasta alfredo with lemon and asparagus (2021), garlic bread, water. I also had two glasses of wine. I washed dishes. Afterwards we finished watching Cruella on Disney+ then watched Cruella extras on YouTube then trailers for 101 Dalmations (1961 and 1996). Patrick went to bed. Dev site work for Recharge. Spent several hours trying to update from Composer 1 to Composer 2. Late snack: one raw carrot with hummus, 8 small pretzel sticks, old-thyme lemon-glazed sliced carrots, water. Washed dishes.
