Ran in place to more of Land of Storms on Kanopy. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, cinnamon, sliced banana; water. Virtual sprint standup. Continued troubleshooting ForeScout SecureConnector stealing focus. I modified the Python script to show timestamps and determined that SecureConnector was stealing focus about every six minutes and eight seconds. Lunch: spinach spaghetti with leftover porcini mushroom sauce with sliced mini bellas, water. Began building a master html email template in Constant Contact. It looks like it doesn't give as much design control as Mailchimp, but maybe we can make it work. Eye doctor appointment. Patrick rented a Getaround car and drove me there then returned home and then picked me up two hours later. After we returned the car, we walked to Lost and Found on Taraval to pick up dinner to go: two wagyu burgers (pickles for Patrick), one order of garlic fries. Water to drink. I washed dishes.
