Ran in place to various podcasts on Apple Podcasts via Apple TV. Listening to news today made me realize I didn't know about or understand the scale of yesterday's insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, cinnamon, sliced banana; water. Sprint standup. Mailing list updates. Various task followup. Responded to Cheryl C about a request for two new site migrations to pharm. Meeting with Anne B and Jaime K. Lunch at home: leftover chow mein, two satsumas, water. AZ list work. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, pumpkin pie spice, blueberries; water. Cocktails with Patrick: Patrick had a mezcal margarita. I had a daiquiri. Dinner at home with Patrick: falafel in pita with fixins, water. I washed dishes. Afterwards we watched Star Trek: Discovery s3:e13 then clips on Comedy Central on YouTube. Patrick went to bed. Late snack: two satsumas. Later snack: seaweed, water.
