Ran in place to Glee s2:e8 on Amazon Prime Video on Apple TV. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, cinnamon, blueberries, sliced banana; warmed lemonpoppyseed muffin, water. Continued work on Patrick's forthcoming new website. Drained then filled emergency water containers to refresh the water. For an impromptu brunch, Patrick made banana pancakes followed by banana fritters. We ate the fritters with powdered sugar similar to how beignets are served. Reinstalled Dropbox after IT's reinstall of SEP which seemed to resolve the kernel panics I had been receiving. Dropbox subsequently deleted all the webdev work I had worked on because I renamed the folder I was working in. It also deleted several days of entries in my journal. My Time Machine backup was not current because I unplugged it during the day because I have limited space in my current standing desk work environment at home. iDrive was uninstalled because it, too, had been crashing, and I was trying to isolate the problem. Fortunately, work's CrashPlan backup saved the day and I lost only about an hour of work. It was pretty scary there for a good 25 minutes, though. I'll say it again: the minimum number of backups you should have is three. Cleaned the bathroom, cut my hair, showered. Dinner at home with Patrick: I prepared udon noodles with vegetables in a chicken stock. White wine, water. Dessert: I had one eighth of a chocolate chip cookie. Patrick had part of a packaged brownie. Watched part of SNL s46:e7 then Sex Education s1:e3 and Michelle Buteau: Welcome to Buteaupia on Netflix. Snack for Patrick: popcorn and peppermint white chocolate Kisses. Later, snack for me: popcorn.
