Small meals throughout the day: morning: plain yogurt with chopped roasted almonds, pretzel sticks, steamed white rice with roasted chicken broth. Walked in place to Containment s1:e11 on Netflix instant watch. Buttermilk bread toast with butter. Maruchan chicken ramen. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: baked coated chicken, potato salad, water. Afterwards we watched two episodes of Magic for Humans. Patrick went to bed. I washed dishes. Late snack: plain yogurt.
