Breakfast at home: oatmeal with milk, cinnamon, blueberries, diced banana; water. Worked from home. Sprint standup. Lunch: Nona Lim laksa noodles with clamshell mushrooms, baby kale, sliced zucchini, and diced flank steak in a roasted chicken broth. Continued work. Patrick made homemade pita, and we shared one right out of the oven—delicious. UCSF Town Hall on Zoom. Dinner at home with Patrick: Mediterranean oven-baked chicken with black garlic hummus; cucumber and tomato salad with mint; homemade pita; water. Dessert: we shared two Norman Love chocolates. I had mine with milk. Patrick coated various foods with chocolate: buttermilk drops; a dried apricot; some roasted, unsalted almonds. Patrick went to bed while I joined for a few minutes. Then I washed dishes while he slept. Late snack: one navel orange, water. Later snack: seaweed, water.
