Ran in place with Patrick to part of Castello Aragonese Walking Tour (Ischia Part 3) via Prowalk Tours on YouTube. Breakfast at home with Patrick: Patrick had yogurt with diced kiwi, currants, and dessicated coconut. I had oatmeal with diced kiwi, currants, and milk; water. PJ's cold brew iced coffee with milk for both. Worked from home. Siteimprove work: linkchecking and markup fixes. QBC and grad programs work: followup and BP edits. COVID-19 microsite markup review and corrections. Dinner at home with Patrick: mediterranean salad with morrocan carrots, hummus, mint, beets, watermelon radish, pimento-stuffed olives, seared lemon slices, and mixed greens; homemade flatbread; water. Late snack: flatbread with guacamole.
