Breakfast: one sliced pear. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Sprint standup. UFD email prep, stage, and publish all day. Lunch: oil-free, salt-free popcorn from the silicone microwave popcorn popper. Walked and rode Muni to dinner at Jannah / Yaya Cuisine: warm pita with za'atar sauce, red wine for me, hot tea for Patrick. We shared chicken perdaplow and tikka kabab (steak and salmon) with rice. Dessert: we shared an order of baklava. $65 before tax and tip. Food, drink, and service were all very good. Not crowded at all at 6:00 pm on a Thursday night. Afterwards we walked three blocks to Baker Street and visited the grand opening of Bob's Donuts in Hayes Valley, eating a sugar donut in the store and taking a few others home. Rode UberX home. Lots of Recharge Medical web work.
