Breakfast at home with Patrick: Patrick prepared eggs sunny side up, bacon, sourdough toast with butter, cup of raspberries. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Laurel Heights. Confusion over the time and location of today's move planning meeting. Reworked and published a primary image for a news story for Eric. Move planning town hall. Chatted with Eric about a request from Shanthi. Mailchimp audience list updates. Began work on a Codepen experiment to reproduce artwork that Robin had created. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Walked to 9th and Judah. Met Patrick at Nopalito (415-233-9966, 1224 9th Avenue) for dinner: two el diablos, mine with tequila and Patrick's with mezcal. We shared tacos de pescado, tacos arabe puebla, quesadilla de calabaza. Dessert: flan. Patrick had a cafe con leche with dessert. $84.88 before a $14 tip. We received excellent service from Alex who guided us in avoiding the spicy things. All the food and drink was delicious. Afterwards we looked in at Hometown Creamery but didn't buy, then we went to Green Apple Books for a reading by Shannon Pufahl for On Swift Horses and in conversation with Anthony Marra. The event was a nice one, but we were falling asleep, so we left early and rode UberX home.
