Slept in. Brunch at home with Patrick: cranberry juice with tonic water, Blue Apron paprika shrimp and cheddar grits with tomato and sweet corn. Watched half of Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice with Patrick on Netflix DVD. Verdict at this point: editing is pretty excellent; production quality, sound, and special effects are mostly excellent; acting quality is mixed; writing and plot and pacing are pretty bad. The comparison to Marvel films is so stark. After 1h:13m it felt like so much longer than that much time had passed—draggy despite pretty tight editing. Encountered a paper jam printing problem that I was unable to easily resolve; gave up for now. Finished watching Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice with Patrick on Netflix DVD. Second half was better, but not enough to save the film. It tries to introduce elements of psychological and supernatural depth, but the overall result is just a muddled mess that isn't really worthy of much discussion. Jesse Eisenberg's performance is notably successfully unsettling. More Recharge Medical web work: generated another revision of forms pdfs for team review.
