No breakfast. Recharge Medical work all day: posted two blog posts, prepped and scheduled news html email. Lunch: leftovers, 8 ounces of carrot juice, 8 ounces of water mixed with cranberry juice. Afternoon snack: chips. Dinner at home with Patrick: Green Chef creamy corn farro risotto with arugula pistou, snap pea and radish salad, parmesan; san pell.
