Breakfast at home: leftover frittata, 8 ounces of carrot juice. Did some catching up on journaling. Vacuumed. Lunch at home with Patrick: balsamic tofu parmesan with pesto and tomatoes, seed-studded salad, crostini; fever tree ginger soda. Lots of Recharge Medical work: various editing. Edited and weeded photos: Vancouver BC trip. Copied Dex's China trip photos to my iMac. Snack: a banana, tortilla chips. Dinner at home with Patrick: Green Chef smoky zucchini corn cakes with Peruvian three-bean and quinoa salad and aji sauce. Watched part of The Little Prince (2015) on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Dessert for Patrick: vanilla gelato.
