Had much difficulty sleeping last night due to my cold. Slept in. Sick day. Ginger-honey tisane, acetominophen, Whole Foods carrot-ginger soup, one english muffin with butter. Recently I started reading and enjoying What to Eat by Marion Nestle on Kindle. Dinner at home with Patrick: steak and eggs with quick kimchi fried rice.
