Breakfast at home with Patrick: one egg, one slice of bacon, one english muffin with butter, one hash brown, prune juice mixed with mineral water. Gardening. Lunch: leftovers. Dinner at home with Patrick. Patrick prepared Esalen yam, artichoke, and blue cheese scones. They turned out more like wide, short biscuits than scones and were delicious.
