Breakfast: a cup of Philz ether, a small bowl of granola with unsweetened soy milk. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Standup meeting. Tested Sue A's update from the dean announcement. Made live the new update from the dean. Followup with an Active Directory problem for a student. Helped Mike W with a listserv question. Followup with Maria about the CERSI website in different browsers. Lunch WCWG meeting: smoked salmon sandwich. Paula gave most of us a ride from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Sent Eric all the IP address data I have gathered over the years. A-Z List request work. Launched microsite: WIHS. Posted an updated P3 schedule for Lucia. Scheduled a meeting. Calendar management: scheduled more content review and content inventory meetings with Susie. Chatted with Eric about quicklinks, scheduled a meeting about it for tomorrow. Submitted a ticket to ITS regarding the Active Directory problem mentioned earlier. Listserv management for one of our fraternities. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: grilled tuna, steamed squash and broccoli, water. Finished reading Mortality by Christopher Hitchens on Kindle perhaps entirely on my iPhone over the previous weeks, mostly while riding Muni or the UCSF shuttle. I liked it even though it was somewhat unpleasant to read details of cancer treatment. It seemed so personal that at times I felt I was intruding. Chatted online with Tina first over FaceTime then because it was too choppy over Google Hangouts which was better but there was still a slight video lag.
