Weight training: dumbbell curl. Breakfast at home: pumpkin-flax granola with fresh, sliced banana, soy milk; water. Rode my bike to UCSF Laurel Heights. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Followup with lots of web work: Drupal styling, CP chair's council with Greg, grad fairs page for Shirin. Updates with Susie. Snack: free leftover fruit from someone's meeting. Met with Greg about people pages, did some styling. Fast lunch from The View Cafe: half order of tofu with brown rice, one egg roll; ate in the sunny and hot courtyard. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Mt. Zion. Foot doctor appointment. UCSF shuttle from Mt. Zion to Laurel Heights. Regged a new website owner for Desai Lab. Reported one unresolved and one new problem to CPFM. Rode my bike home. Dinner at home with Patrick: small veggie thin-crust deli pizza, leftover black beans and rice. Watched some music videos on YouTube. Packed for the forthcoming weekend trip to Calistoga with PDDRQDRP. Rested. Late snack: popcorn from a saucepan with fresh, minced rosemary and sea salt; 16 ounces of carrot juice.
