Woke up around 3 AM, couldn't get back to sleep for about 90 minutes. Breakfast at home: oatmeal with fresh, diced pear; cinnamon; soy milk; hot water. Rode my bike to work, encountered Michael C at the S elevator lobby, chatted with him for the elevator commute. Followup with Joel and Rick about Java security: WebAdMIT requires Java, so we need to keep Java on their computers. C3 conf call. Calendar management. Followup with Michelle A about website content. Bioe website meeting with Sara G, Susie, and Eric. Susie gave Eric and me a ride from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Lunch from The View Cafe: tofu and vegetables over brown rice. Followup with Rodney and Joel about vidconf in 936. DPSL website meeting: Marcus, Susie, Eric D, Joan, Melissa. Snack: oatmeal-raisin cookie. Followup with ITS about my Java security request. Followup with Rebecca B about survey building. Purchased Sublime Text 2 for Greg, Eric, and me. Teamwork ticket work. Posted updated draft schedules for Lucia. Followup with student RB about podcasts. More TeamWork work. Worked late. James J gave me a ride from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. We talked about rent, Tahoe, Golden Gate Park. Recently I set my vacation notice or out of office notice to say that I had more than 100 messages in my inbox. It has been received rather well so far. Rode my bike home. Dinner at home: veggie burger with ketchup, mustard, and mayo; french fries; hot water.
