Breakfast at home: small bowl of Grandma Goodie's super granola with organic lowfat milk. All-day faculty retreat at Golden Gate Club in the Presidio. All went pretty well. Home. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: mixed vegetables with vegan "sausage" over quinoa spaghetti. Weight training: seated dumbbell curls, front raise. Late snack: refried beans, tortilla chips.
