Breakfast at home: organic oatmeal with diced, organic argentinian d'anjou pear; cinnamon; "mostly marin" wildflower honey; organic, unsweetened rice milk. Still not feeling 100% recovered from the cold I've been having, so I rode Muni to work. Web redesign review meeting with Mary Anne and Robin. Chatted briefly with Rodney. Management activities. Followup with Mark F about MyAccess account setup. Lunch at You See Sushi. I haven't been here in a long time. They remodeled the inside so that everything is one level—no more stairs down to the lower dining room. Chatted with Eric briefly. Began coding the Kidney Project (temporary) website. Supp app work in Drupal: scp and ssh key issues, add US military status. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to MCB to avoid N Judah shutdown, chatted with resident Roshini E on the way. We talked about my Zara Kids brown jeans with plaid cuffs, juice bar grand openings, contact lenses, laser eye surgery, earthquakes, doctors in Florida, Harry Potter's Wizarding World, rollercoasters, fat. I met Patrick at Corazon Juicebar which had its grand opening today. I introduced him to Cesar and we ordered two large veggie drinks and chatted with Cesar for a bit. Dinner at Papalote with Patrick: we each had a chicken adobo burrito and tortilla chips, horchata for him, strawberry agua fresca for me. We walked to the Castro, ran an errand at Walgreen's. Rode Muni home. It was awfully slow, stopping for about 5 minutes each at Castro, Forest Hill, and West Portal, no announcement as to the cause of the delay. As we finally alighted, I said to Patrick, "That was not worth two dollars."
