Breakfast at home: organic oatmeal with fresh, diced pink lady apple, cinnamon, California sage honey, soy milk. Rode Muni to work. 2.5 hours of Marketo virtual training. Lunch at Paxti's on Irving. This was my first time eating here since it opened a few months ago. There were a handful of customers but the place was not packed. They have a $10 lunch special: 1 slice of pizza (your choice of several flavors of the day), salad, soft drink. The butter leaf lettuce salad I had is quite possibly the simplest, freshest, and most elegant salad in the 9th and Irving area. Huge, whole leaves of butter leaf lettuce, tomato slices, buttermilk ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, real bacon bits, and cheesy-toasted baguette slices. I had a deep-dish slice of spinach and mushroom—delicious, just as I remember from the Hayes Valley location. Iced tea. This is a bit of a rich lunch for me due to the buttery pizza crust and lots of cheese on the pizza, but I enjoyed it and will probably return once a month or so. Linkchecking, Flickr work, kiosk work. Deleted our old Facebook group. More privacy policy edits. 1-on-1 with Eric: content inventory: main site. Calendar management. Followup with Mike L about bios and photos—now completed. Edited the new update from the dean for Sue and Susie. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: Boxing Room leftovers.
